The Forum’s main conclusions are as follow:

  • Corporate Real Estate Executives (CREs) are about to enter a period of significant change
  • Basic tasks will be automated leading to job losses for those who do not upskill
  • Those that remain will take on more complex tasks that touch on multiple business functions
  • CREs will need to become skilled at defining what data is needed by the business and then using it intelligently to add value to the business
